The Winnipeg Condo Market

Winnipeg is a fantastic place to live. It offers affordability, cultural diversity, exciting businesses, and family-friendly neighborhoods — not to mention that it's surrounded by hundreds of gorgeous lakes, huge parks and interesting rural destinations. I chose to represent the Winnipeg real estate market for one reason. I love this city. And I want to help you fall in love with it too.

The Winnipeg market is not as volatile as some of the larger cities in Canada that experience big economic increases and decreases such as Calgary with the oil sector. Winnipeg is quite diverse across many industries and still remains a relatively stable market to buy, sell or invest in. Many of Canada's prominent wealthy families set their roots here and still remain to this day.

Because of it's size and it's strong urban planning and development team, Winnipeg has remained a a very accessible city with short commutes, dedicated paths for walking and cycling and a large number of protected greenspaces. Winnipeg's Assiniboine park is is larger than New York's infamous Central Park and plays host to many annual family oriented events.

Buying or Selling a Condo
Doesn't Have To Be Complicated.

The first step is communication. Tell me what you want, and I'll tell you how we will get it.
